Our truck is more than just a place to grab the best meal in town. It is a place to try out new dishes of awesome created by culinary artists.
We bring great food to Mesa, AZ and the East Valley. Eventually we will have the available resources to serve the ENTIRE Phoenix valley! For now, our calendar below shows scheduled special events and hours of operation at our food truck. Be sure to follow our social media for surprise visits and exclusive secret menu items that you can only buy at the food truck!
Do you have a company picnic or other special event where you would like us to show up? Six-hour catered events start at $1,000 for parties smaller than 30 people. Make that party lit by sending a message or DM to any of our contact accounts.

Two slices of buttered Toast & two 2 oz slices of Classic Spam perfectly fried on our flattop griddle.
Add Protein:
Three slices of buttered Toast & four slices of American cheese. Served with a dill pickle spear.

Grilled Cheese, Turkey Sandwich, 5 chicken nuggets OR Grandma Vivian's Tuna Mac Salad. Plus one bag of classic lay's potato chips AND one 8oz lemonade or Iced Tea.
Three slices of Toast, 4oz of thin sliced oven roasted turkey, three slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

Five white meat chicken nuggets.
2 ounce cup of coleslaw
Fresh Graden veggie and cold salad!
A generous pile of fresh greens on a plate.
8oz bowl of lightly seasoned macaroni salad, skipjack tuna, dijon mustard, horseradish, and Italian parsley.

One slice of double chocolate fudge frosted cake.
Two deep fried caramel dipped honey crisp apple rings & four caramel dipped fried ambrosia red apple slices.
